Russell Brinegar

Russell Scott Brinegar spent his childhood on the Space Coast in Titusville, Florida, and was always a science-oriented fan of space travel with an avid interest in science fiction as well. Until the age of 54, Russell was a scientific “material reductionist,” and assumed that when a person dies they were simply unconscious forever after.

Then, on august 18, 2009, he had an anomalous near-death experience (NDE) that completely changed his perception of reality and prompted intense research into all aspects of UFOs and the paranormal in an attempt to make sense of his own subjective experience. In 2016, he published a book on his findings that reveals what he believes is the underlying motivation of alien involvement with humanity.

The book is titled “Overlords of the Singularity: The Manipulation of Humankind by Hidden UFO Intelligences and the Quest for Transcendence” .

Some of the subjects covered are the connection between NDEs and alien abductions, a review of classic UFO cases, flying saucer crashes and retrieved alien technology, cryptids, ghosts, poltergeists, reincarnation, Transhumanism, and the coming technological Singularity as it relates to UFOs.

Whether a reader is a novice to the UFO field or an avid UFO buff, the book has something of value to offer readers, as it connects the research of many different previous writers into a coherent “bigger picture” of the relationship between humanity and the Earth’s UFO Phenomenon.
